A description of what we do and an invitation to start a conversation. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax or operational advice for your specific business. Prices shown are indicative ranges for scoping. Your number comes in a written quote before work starts.

Any engagement — diagnostic, fixed-scope build, or ongoing — is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

You own the code and the data we produce for you, as set out in that agreement. That is a term of the deal, not a favour granted on the way out.

Don’t submit anything unlawful, anyone else’s confidential information, or material you don’t have the right to share. We treat enquiry content as confidential in practice, but a website form is not a secure channel — if something is genuinely sensitive, wait for the call. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and don’t use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages. We rate limit submissions and block abuse.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Blue Monk Pty Ltdunless credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link; don’t republish pages wholesale or pass the work off as your own. Client names and marks belong to those clients and are used with permission.

Figures on this site carry a source and a date. They describe results in a specific business at a specific time and are not a forecast of what will happen in yours. Where we don’t have a number, the page says so.

The site is provided as-is. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience; we aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, ours is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
