We build AI agents for Shopify brands. Five of them: Ad Management, Merchandising, Creator Seeding, Customer Service and SEO. Each one automates a task that eats time and money, and each is tuned to your business by the founders who built them. We built them first for our own brands, Threadheads, Relatee and Heapsgood, and they run those businesses today. We also build fully custom systems as scoped projects.
Ace Reunis runs Threadheads: $25 million a year, apparel, in-house DTG/DTF production, multiple locations. He buys the Meta ads, runs the SEO, sends the email and briefs the creative for it. He'll be on your call. Ask him something only an operator would know the answer to. That's a fair test and we'd rather you ran it.
If we're a fit, onboarding starts within days. We connect the agents to your store and tune them to how your business runs. Nothing writes to your ad account, store or inbox until you approve it, and every agent has an off switch and a spend cap you set.
One-off $2,000 setup, never charged again, including your first $250 of AI credit. $695 a month per agent, or $500 a month each at three or more. Figures AUD excluding GST, twelve-month term from go-live, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Fully custom builds are scoped as a project and quoted as one number. Monthly fees start at go-live, not at signing.
Mostly we agree with the study. Pilots fail when tools get dropped on a business nobody tuned them for. Our agents are not pilots: they were built on our own brands and run them today, and we onboard every client personally so they work for your business, not a generic setup.
Fair question, and the honest answer is in how the work is built rather than in a promise. What we build runs on Shopify, Supabase and standard infrastructure, with no proprietary runtime of ours in the middle of it. Documentation and runbooks are part of the delivery, not a handover ritual at the end. Any competent developer can pick it up. You own your data and your connections, and you can revoke access or export any time. We'd rather you could leave and chose not to.
Most of the work is asynchronous and the systems don't care where they're deployed. We hold overlapping hours with US and EU clients. If a project needs someone on your floor, we'll say so during scoping, not after you've signed.
