Two products. Two ways to work with us.
Print Floor and our apps are software your team runs. The systems diagnostic and fixed-scope build are defined pieces of work. Pick the shape that matches the problem; the prices are below.
Thirty minutes with Ace. Bring the operation that is getting in the way.
What we do
Products you can run. Fixed work you can commission.
Print Floor
Shopify orders, artwork, blank stock, batching, printing, pressing, packing and dispatch in one operating system built for high-volume DTG and DTF.
Usually: Brands and print operators producing made-to-order apparel with DTG, DTF or both.
Apps & agents
Ecommerce modules and supervised agentic workflows across marketing operations, commerce operations and the back office.
Usually: Teams with a repeated job that should be handled by software instead of another spreadsheet or hire.
Fixed-scope builds
Systems for the parts of your operation no app fits — production, fulfilment, personalisation, internal tooling. Fixed scope, fixed number.
Usually: Operators running the core of the business in spreadsheets.
Systems diagnostic
A paid audit of the systems behind your storefront. Ends with a reconciliation map, the hours bill and a ranked order of work.
Usually: Operators who know the stack is costing time or accuracy but do not yet know which fix pays first.
The deliverable
What you get for the diagnostic fee.
Two to three weeks, mostly spent in your data and on calls with the people doing the work. It ends in one document, and the document is yours whether or not you hire us for anything else.
A reconciliation map
Every place your systems report the same thing differently, with the size of each gap and which one to trust.
The hours bill
What the disagreements cost in human time each week, by task and by person, so the business case is arithmetic rather than argument.
A ranked order of work
What we would fix first, second and third, with an estimate against each. Including the items you can do yourself without us.
A baseline
The numbers as they stand today, written down and dated, so that whatever happens next can be measured against something.
Which one you need
Start from what is happening, not from what it’s called.
Start with the shape of the problem. If none of the four rows below describes your week, say so on the call and we will tell you whether we are the right firm.
| Offer | When it's the one | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Print Floor | You run high-volume DTG or DTF and Shopify has no model of the work between paid and shipped. | Priced by order volume |
| Apps & agents | A repeated task across marketing or operations is being performed by hand, but it does not justify a bespoke platform. | From A$500 / month |
| Fixed-scope build | A process that is genuinely how you compete lives in a spreadsheet somebody maintains, and no app on the market fits it. | A$25,000 – A$60,000 |
| Systems diagnostic | Your technology, marketing operations or workflows disagree, but nobody has counted the cost or ranked the fixes. | A$5,000 – A$8,000 |

Prices exclude GST. Apps and agents start at A$1,000 setup. Product subscriptions are priced separately from fixed-scope work. Builds and diagnostics are quoted as a single number before anything starts.
How the pieces fit
A diagnostic can lead to an existing app, an agent, a fixed-scope build or a recommendation to change nothing. Print Floor has its own fit check because it solves a defined DTG and DTF production problem.
Why the diagnostic is paid
A free audit is a sales document. It was always going to end in a proposal, which is exactly why nobody believes the findings. Charging for it makes it honest — we are paid for the analysis, so the analysis is allowed to say “buy this off the shelf” or “do nothing here”.
Questions
Five before you choose.
The homepage carries the short version of every offer and its price. The detailed pages below answer fit, scope and delivery.
Print Floor is for high-volume DTG and DTF production. Apps and agents are for repeated ecommerce work that fits a module. A fixed-scope build is for a process no product fits. The diagnostic is for when the problem is visible but the right investment is not.
No. Print Floor and an existing module start with a product demo and fit check. A bespoke build usually starts with the diagnostic because it is cheaper to settle the problem and scope before engineering begins.
Then that is what the document says, and you keep the document. It happens. Off-the-shelf software has got much better and a well-configured stack beats a mediocre custom build every time.
Print Floor is priced by monthly order volume. Apps and agents are priced module by module, usually with a setup fee and a monthly software subscription. Bespoke builds and diagnostics are fixed pieces of work quoted before they start.
The diagnostic takes two to three weeks. A fixed-scope build runs six to twelve weeks depending on how much of the operation it touches. We would rather quote twelve and deliver in nine than the reverse.
Next step
Start with the operation.
Bring the production queue, spreadsheet or workflow that keeps needing another person. We will work out whether it belongs in a product, an agent, a build or nowhere at all.
Ace takes these calls. Not a salesperson, because there isn’t one.
