Blue Monk built DecoMonk — a Shopify-native production management system purpose-built for Threadheads' decoration workflows. Spreadsheet-based production tracking was replaced with scan-to-print and scan-to-pack workflows. Inventory management moved to a negative stock model with an append-only audit trail. Multi-warehouse fulfilment was unified under one platform with real-time Shopify sync. The entire order-to-shipment pipeline was brought into a single system.
